Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience for business users.
• Proven experience architecting software solutions and leading technical teams.
• Strong ability to engage with business leaders and clients, translating problems into solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Python back-end and React/Next.js/Node.js front-end.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
