Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Principal Consulting Manager within the CopLogic Solutions unit to lead statewide projects and multiple managers. You will drive strategy, resource allocation, and customer outcomes across cross-functional teams including software engineers, PMs, and business analysts.

You will mentor leaders, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing profitability and adopting scalable practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services/consulting/leadership on large application projects.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle and governance.
• Proven change management experience across teams and customers.
• Experience leading profit-and-loss responsibilities.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, and execution of assigned statewide projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, PMs, and QA to ensure delivery.
• Manage budgeting, revenue tracking, and profitability for portfolios.
• Coach Consulting Managers in stakeholder alignment and risk management.
• Drive process improvements and scalable, repeatable practices.
