Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Principal Consulting Manager for the CopLogic Solutions unit to lead managers and professionals and deliver statewide projects. You will drive performance, financial outcomes, and customer success through a large cross-functional team and strategic resource decisions.

You will guide project plans, production priorities, risk management, and customer commitments while fostering a high-performance, customer-driven culture across teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of Professional Services/Consulting/Leadership experience on large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of end-to-end application development lifecycle and governance.
Experience with change management and stakeholder alignment across teams and customers.
Proven leadership with profit-and-loss responsibility and strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple statewide projects with cross-functional teams and consulting managers.
Coach managers to develop project plans, priorities, risks, and customer commitments.
Allocate resources and drive budgeting, revenue, and profitability within the portfolio.
Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and customers' outcomes.
