Job summary

Duke University’s Office of Information Technology seeks an AI Training Analyst to design, deliver, and assess AI education programs across formats, including self-paced content, webinars, workshops, and department engagements. Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant field such as education, learning sciences, information science, organizational development, instructional design, computer science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and assess AI education programming across formats (asynchronous, webinars, hands-on workshops, cohort-based engagements).
  • Develop and coordinate role-specific reskilling pathways and materials; ensure accessibility, relevance, practicality, and reuse.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, school AI faculty leads, CTL, and partner units to align programming and avoid duplication.
  • Participate in AI consultation services; manage intake, triage, and direct complex cases to specialists.
  • Maintain centralized AI training calendar and resources hub; develop communications and program assessments; demonstrate ROI.
