NYSTEC is seeking a senior consultant-project manager to lead the Pharmacy, DPDM, and Provider Enrollment portfolio within eMedNY (MMIS). You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance while coordinating with analysts, developers, testers, and vendors.

You will develop expertise in Medicaid systems, CMS requirements, and state/federal guidelines, guiding projects from planning through delivery, vendor oversight, UAT, and implementation

Formación

• Knowledge of Medicaid pharmacy systems or provider management projects or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for Pharmacy, DPDM, and Provider Enrollment portfolio within eMedNY.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables following SDLC.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Understand eMedNY system, CMS requirements, and regulatory guidance for compliance.
• Oversee system enhancements for pharmacy operations and provider portals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts and align priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive accountability.
• Support QA activities, including UAT and defect resolution.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and regulations.
