Job summary
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to advance commercial transformation programs in the Life Sciences sector, focusing on Market Access and Patient Support. You will collaborate with top pharma clients to shape launch strategies, brand planning, and multichannel engagements, while driving analytics and digital capability adoption.
The role requires 5+ years of Life Sciences experience, strong knowledge of CRM/marketing analytics, and the ability to travel up to four days per week
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business and sales and marketing processes.
- Experience with sales and marketing systems (CRM, CMS, marketing automation) and analytics.
- Proven track record leading strategic initiatives in product launch, brand planning, sales force optimization, or omnichannel marketing.
- Domain knowledge in brand marketing, campaign management, digital growth strategies, patient/HCP engagement, and analytics.
- 5 years of Life Sciences consulting or industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programs in Market Access and Patient Support within Life Sciences.
- Oversee program planning, execution, resources, quality, and budgets with client buy-in.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage day-to-day client interactions.
- Conduct interviews/workshops to gather data for analysis and deliverables.
- Support sales pursuits, contribute to proposals, and deliver client presentations.
- Develop digital-capability solutions for Life Sciences clients; participate in industry forums.
