Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 4+ years of management consulting experience in operations improvement or enterprise transformation.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis using data from multiple sources to assess value creation.
4+ years of experience developing models using Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, Tableau or similar tools.
Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead small engagements or key workstreams within larger engagements focused on operations improvement and cost reduction.
Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation and performance improvement opportunities.
Develop business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models tailored to client objectives.
Plan and support transformation engagements across industries and coordinate workstreams.
Prepare deliverables that align with engagement requirements and communicate with client stakeholders.
