Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant in its Finance Transformation team to help clients modernize finance functions. You will work with Finance and Technology leaders to design strategies, operating models, and technology-enabled solutions across ERP, EPM, cloud platforms, and AI tools.

You will assess capabilities, develop business cases, and guide roadmaps while collaborating with client and Deloitte teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology, finance data and artificial intelligence, capital strategy, or cost optimization.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology, enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, finance data, or artificial intelligence-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materials.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and delivery of finance transformation strategies and technology-enabled solutions.
• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Develop finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance technology solutions including ERP, EPM, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage project workstreams, deliver client-ready outputs, and support implementation with client and Deloitte teams.
