Job summary

Linedata in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced consultant to support the continued rollout of Orchestrade for an investment management client. The assignment will focus on expanding adoption across portfolio managers while strengthening workflows and controls across the full trade lifecycle.

Working within a small transformation team, you will partner with Operations, Trading, Technology, Risk, and Accounting.

Qualifications

10+ years hedge fund or investment management operations experience.
Strong fixed income trade operations experience including desk support and full lifecycle knowledge.
Hands-on experience with OMS and PMS systems.
Proven track record delivering systems implementations from requirements to adoption.
Ability to collaborate with traders, ops, technology and risk teams.

Responsibilities

Own implementation workstreams and track delivery milestones.
Translate operational and trading requirements into workflows and specs.
Support Orchestrade configuration, data mapping and validation.
Develop and execute test plans for trade capture, booking, lifecycle events.
Investigate discrepancies and validate fixes with business users and tech partners.
Assist portfolio manager onboarding and create training materials.
Identify opportunities to improve straight-through processing and controls.
