Job summary

Orchestra is seeking a Client Management Specialist to support the execution of the firm’s client management initiatives and strengthen the systems, processes and tools that power our Client Management function. This role is central to scaling Client Management at Orchestra and will serve as a key operational partner to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in operations, project management, agency, startup, or fast-paced environments.
• At least 2 years of experience managing business development or campaign planning processes within an agency setting.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Excellent project management with ability to track multiple workstreams.
• Experience building or maintaining workflows, dashboards, or reporting in project management tools (Asana or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into scalable processes, systems, and tools for client management.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Culture, and client-facing teams to improve workflows and reporting.
• Own and manage key client management priorities end-to-end.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement; reduce rework.
• Prioritize workstreams, manage multiple projects, and balance urgent vs longer-term work.
• Prepare briefings and materials for executive and cross-functional meetings to enable faster decision-making.
