We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead and deliver strategic ERP implementations and process improvement initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will manage project teams, drive execution plans, and conduct business process reviews to ensure successful client outcomes. You will play a critical role in understanding complex business needs and translating them into robust NetSuite solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery & Client Engagement:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementations, from initial discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements-gathering sessions, both remotely and on-site, to design tailored NetSuite configurations.
• Translate client requirements into functional designs, prototypes, and workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Migrate data from legacy systems into NetSuite, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the transition process.
• Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting during design and build sessions to resolve issues in real-time.
• Deliver post-go-live support and optimization, driving user adoption and continuous process improvement.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead individual workstreams across functional and technical areas, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design testing strategies, training programs, and support procedures to ensure smooth transitions and long-term client success.
• Partner with business development teams to provide technical validation, solution scoping, and NetSuite demonstrations.
• Contribute to proposal development by articulating implementation strategies and resourcing plans.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, offering ongoing feedback, training, and professional development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and high performance.
• Actively support the growth of team capabilities through coaching, technical expertise, and leadership example.
