Job Description

EHCG is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Architect to support a critical government project. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience managing, optimizing, and designing SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions according to business needs.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Ensure security, integrity, and compliance of SharePoint data.
• Monitor and optimize SharePoint server and application performance.
• Develop customizations, workflows, and automations within SharePoint.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for SharePoint users.
• Collaborate with IT teams on integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Follow best practices for SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance.

Location: Remote position with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• IAT III certification (e.g., CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Expertise in SharePoint architecture, design, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, PnP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint Online migrations and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance (DOD, NIST).
