Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6–8 years of healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare market.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document work, and adhere to processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong written, numerical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key insights and trends.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client deliverables and business decisions using IQVIA data.
• Independently create client presentations and actively participate in client meetings.
• Manage projects and work streams of reasonable complexity.
• Be able to quickly learn and work with sales and promotional data, market and epidemiology assessment, pipeline analysis and market research.
• Develop project plans with clear timelines and deliverables, ensuring on time and on budget execution.
• Coach consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
