Red Nucleus is seeking a Senior Consultant, Advisory to partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients to develop strategies that drive growth, improve operational effectiveness, and support long‑term business objectives. In this role, you'll apply Organizational Change Management to help clients adopt and sustain change.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in a global environment with cultural differences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing solutions, and supporting ongoing client needs
• Conduct research, analysis, and project planning activities to support business strategy and client objectives
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations that drive business growth, innovation, and operational improvement
• Analyze market trends, evaluate business models, and support clients in R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization
• Conduct research related to therapeutic areas, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes
• Manage workstreams within engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver client solutions
• Lead portions of client engagements while coaching and supporting junior team members
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, industry reports, and client presentations
• Stay current on emerging trends across life sciences and healthcare policy
