Job summary

Red Nucleus is seeking a Senior Consultant, Advisory to partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. You will drive transformation programs, advise on growth, and apply Change Management expertise to ensure sustainable change across organizations.

You will develop strategies, manage workstreams, and coach junior staff while delivering actionable insights on R&D strategy, market access, and portfolio optimization in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing solutions, and supporting ongoing client needs.
• Conduct research, analysis, and project planning activities to support business strategy and client objectives.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations that drive business growth, innovation, and operational improvement.
• Analyze market trends, evaluate business models, and support clients in areas including R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct research related to therapeutic areas, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver client solutions.
• Lead portions of client engagements while coaching and supporting junior team members.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, industry reports, and client presentations.
• Stay current on emerging trends across life sciences and healthcare policy.
