Job summary

Red Nucleus seeks a dynamic Strategic Management Consultant / Managing Director focusing on Market Access to grow consulting and communications services for life sciences clients.

As a senior leader, you will source, sell, and lead projects, design innovative solutions, and contribute to firm growth. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive revenue expansion across oncology and rare diseases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy for Life Sciences.
• Track record of growing consulting revenues and selling projects.
• Experience in Value, Access and Evidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies to achieve revenue targets and secure business deals.
• Secure and lead a $3-5 million annual book of business.
• Oversee design and implementation of client solutions.
• Generate thought leadership and innovative capabilities.
• Lead and develop a global, high-performing delivery team.
• Collaborate in growth and strategic business planning for Red Nucleus.
