Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or related experience.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• Depth in program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.
• Experience partnering with business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Industry or functional expertise in healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology is a plus.
• ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications are preferred qualifications, not requirements.

• Lead workstreams and guide TGG teams to successful project outcomes.
• Flex across delivery environments—individual contributor, team, or client-embedded lead.
• Apply structured methodologies and best practices to deliver measurable results.
• Turn unstructured challenges into actionable plans and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to add value with client leadership teams.
• Support growth within existing and new client relationships through strong performance and proactive contribution.
• Collaborate with account leaders to deepen client partnerships over time.
