Job summary

The Gunter Group in the United States is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead strategic client relationships, drive healthy growth, and develop future leaders within a high-impact consulting environment.

As a senior leader you will balance client leadership, delivery excellence, and business development across strategy, execution, people, and technology, while mentoring teams and shaping the firm’s long-term success. Hybrid work with periodic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience, including leadership roles responsible for client relationships, delivery outcomes, consulting teams, and business development.
• Proven success creating opportunities, growing accounts, and building lasting client relationships through both existing partnerships and new market opportunities.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and leading complex consulting engagements that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
