Job summary

The Gunter Group is a people-first management consulting firm and 20-time workplace award winner. The Consulting Accelerator Program offers six months of structured development in a full-time role, with mentorship and exposure to client delivery, proposal development, and internal initiatives.

As a participant, you’ll progress from research support to leading client discussions, building practical skills and judgment to own engagements of your own.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live client engagements through research, analysis, and the preparation of decks, models, reports, and other client-ready materials.
• Turn ambiguous, incomplete information into clear, structured outputs for client use.
• Progress from delivery support toward leading client discussions and presenting recommendations.
