Cognizant Consulting in Chicago, IL, seeks a Senior Consultant - Project Management Transformation to lead workstreams and strengthen governance across complex transformation programs. You will collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, client stakeholders, and executives to drive timely value.

You will manage Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery, own governance artifacts, and support proposals and reusable templates while elevating transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field with 4–6 years PM/PMO experience.
• Experience managing project workstreams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Experience delivering governance materials and executive-ready presentations.
• Working knowledge of the project lifecycle from initiation through post-project review.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and day-to-day execution of project workstreams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Own core governance artifacts, including RAID logs, action and decision trackers, meeting records, and reports.
• Facilitate workstream and governance meetings, coordinate inputs, and communicate risks and actions to stakeholders.
• Support the full project lifecycle from initiation to post-project review and drive improvements.
• Contribute to client proposals, practice assets, templates, and knowledge-sharing.
