Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is launching a new Financial Services Operations & Technology practice in Washington, DC. We seek experienced consultants to help banks improve operations, redesign operating models, and deliver business transformation across consumer banking, lending, and payments.

You will lead workstreams, coordinate client delivery, and contribute to business development while collaborating with AI specialists to enhance consulting delivery. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions.
• Experience leading workstreams and coaching junior team members.
• Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards, including servicing, collections, and default.
• Experience supporting transformation programs within regulated financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support banking transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Support transformation programs, governance, and PMOs from strategy through execution.
• Develop client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into delivery.
