Solifi is seeking a Lead Consultant in Minneapolis to drive large software implementations for equipment finance clients. You will combine industry experience with Solifi applications, handling client-specific configurations, integrations, and enhancements to deliver a tested, go-live ready solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial software implementation experience (Equipment Finance preferred).
• Expert in Equipment Finance with ability to broaden expertise.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and/or tools.

Responsibilities

• Use judgment to determine customer solution and mitigate risks.
• Produce accurate estimates for Professional Service opportunities.
• Provide content for Statements of Work.
• Drive the improvement of Solifi implementation methods and processes.
• Define and document customer business functions and processes.
• Consult with customers to map their business needs to Solifi products and identify gaps.
• Lead teams with more junior consultants and supervise delivery.
