Solifi is seeking a Software Development Manager for the Clearpoint team in Alpharetta. You will lead a multi‑discipline engineering group building a risk‑management data product on Solifi’s platform, guiding technical vision and delivery.

You will drive architecture decisions, balancing speed and maintainability while growing engineers’ skills and careers in a collaborative, agile environment. Strong communication with product and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years directly managing software engineers.
• 7+ years hands-on software development with Python/Angular.
• Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs and data platforms.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clearpoint engineering team to deliver high‑quality software in agile sprints.
• Design and oversee full‑stack solutions on Python, Angular, and AWS-native services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategy.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Promote modern engineering practices: code reviews, test automation, CI/CD.
• Coach engineers across Python, Angular, and QA automation roles.
• Align team work with Solifi’s products and customer success.
• Define architecture standards and uphold best practices across teams.
• Drive talent development, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Partner with QA/automation to strengthen quality metrics and CI integration.
• Manage dependencies and cross‑team integration for a cohesive platform.
• Maintain an inclusive, trusting environment that enables innovation.
