Job summary
Solifi is seeking a Lead Consultant in Minneapolis to drive large software implementations for equipment finance clients. You will combine industry experience with Solifi applications, oversee configuration, integrations, and enhancements, and lead delivery from requirements through go-live and post-live support.
The role requires senior-level consulting, project leadership, and the ability to mentor others while advancing delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- Expert in Equipment Finance with ability to broaden expertise over time.
- 5+ years of financial software implementation experience, ideally in Equipment Finance.
- Ability to build relationships quickly with clients and communicate clearly.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and/or tools.
- Strong test planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication techniques.
Responsibilities
- Use judgment to determine customer solution and mitigate risks.
- Produce accurate estimates for Professional Service opportunities.
- Provide content for Statements of Work.
- Lead projects and mentor junior consultants; drive delivery methodologies.
