Focus Strategies is a national consulting firm focused on ending homelessness through data-informed planning and equity‑centered solutions. This Senior Consultant role coordinates projects, supervises staff, and develops analytical policy content for client deliverables.

We seek candidates with eight years of homelessness experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage complex projects for nationwide clients.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in homelessness response or policy development.
• Demonstrated project management experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities for complex reports.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multi-project work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project management, possibly supervising staff and engaging stakeholders.
• Develop substantive analytical, interpretive, and policy content for deliverables, reports, and publications.
• Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and budget while upholding values.
