Qualifications

• Requires at least four years developing and implementing homelessness response programs or housing/homelessness policy development.
• Strong ability to write high-quality analyses of homelessness programs, populations, and dynamics.
• Comfort working remotely in a US-based consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyses related to homelessness response systems, identifying key findings and proposing person-centered, data- and equity-informed solutions.
• Analyze data across health, housing, and homelessness domains to inform policy.
• Author technical documents, reports, and training materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Deliver planning and design activities to help communities develop equitable homelessness solutions.
• Manage smaller consulting contracts or support larger ones under supervision.
