Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Charlotte to join the FSO Consumer Banking transformation practice. You will help drive end-to-end banking transformations, blend product, data and AI enablement, and coach junior staff while engaging marquee clients across a fast-growing advisory team.

You will work on diverse engagements, balance multiple priorities, and bring experience in consumer banking operations or advisory delivery, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate research,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus approximately 2–6 years of related work experience.
Experience in banking, consumer lending or transformation projects is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with clients in the US.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of a project workstream, creating and reviewing high-quality work products.
Help ensure consistent delivery across peers and team members, and respond to client requests.
Contribute to the analysis behind the story by supporting current-/future-state assessments, operating model designs, benchmarking and business cases.
Coach and mentor newer team members and campus hires, sharing knowledge and helping them ramp.
Foster client relationships at appropriate levels.
Contribute to internal EY initiatives, points of view and business development, in addition to client-facing work, to further the development of our brand, our business and our people.
