Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus approximately 2-6 years of related work experience.
• Relevant experience through consulting, advisory or transformation project delivery, ideally within financial services; or hands-on experience in banking operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client-service skills.
• Ability to travel – on-site with clients up to ~50% over a year, with potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a project workstream, creating and reviewing high-quality work products.
• Help ensure consistent delivery across peers and team members, and respond to client requests.
• Contribute to analysis behind the story by supporting current-/future-state assessments, operating model designs, benchmarking and business cases.
• Coach and mentor newer team members and campus hires, sharing knowledge and helping them ramp.
• Foster client relationships at appropriate levels.
• Contribute to internal EY initiatives, points of view and business development, in addition to client-facing work, to further EY's brand and people development.
