Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus approximately 2-6 years of related work experience.
• Experience in consulting, advisory or transformation project delivery.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a project workstream, creating and reviewing high-quality work products
• Help ensure consistent delivery across peers and team members, and respond to client requests
• Contribute to the analysis behind the story by supporting current-/future-state assessments, operating model designs, benchmarking and business cases
• Coach and mentor newer team members and campus hires, sharing knowledge and helping them ramp
• Foster client relationships at appropriate levels
• Contribute to internal EY initiatives, points of view and business development, in addition to client-facing work, to further the development of our brand, our business and our people
