From implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices, we work side-by-side with government leaders to solve important problems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and knowledge management activities that enable successful technology implementation outcomes.Participate in information gathering session with clients regarding organizational structure, process, technology, and cultureDevelop work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for the clientSupport stakeholder engagement efforts, including workshops, listening sessions, and outreach campaignsDesign, administer, and analyze stakeholder feedback mechanisms including quarterly pulse surveys, readiness assessments, and post-training evaluationsDraft, update, and quality-control edit strategic communication work productsDevelop and maintain public-facing intranet content and online resourcesManage content for SharePoint, Google Sites, Drupal, or similar collaboration platformsDevelop and maintain user-friendly training materials, job aids, and reference productsPresent work products and information to clients in meetings and facilitate discussions on those itemsCollaborate with a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges for a government client leading major unification initiativesIdentify and manage project risks and issuesWork with stakeholders to help keep projects on-time and within budgetWhat You Will Need:Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferredMust be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/universityThree (3) to Five (5) years of experience supporting communications, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, or organizational transformation initiativesStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce executive-level deliverablesStrong facilitation, coordination, relationship management, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activitiesAbility to thrive in client service and team-based environments, especially when tackling unstructured problemsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to travelAbility to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client OfficeWhat Would Be Nice To Have:PMP, CCMP, or related certification.Experience with organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or comparable frameworksExperience administering and analyzing surveys using Qualtrics or a comparable platformExperience creating executive dashboards, performance reports, and adoption metricsExperience developing strategic communicationsExperience supporting enterprise technology implementation, grants management modernization, or other large-scale transformation programsExperience working with Federal, state, or local transportation organizationThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
