Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior Federal Management Consultant to lead large-scale engagements, owning client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence. You will drive operational transformation, modernize processes, and build trusted relationships with senior federal stakeholders across multiple agencies.

Expect governance oversight, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal programs or managed services.
• PMO, shared services, or organizational change initiatives experience.
• Experience briefing executive stakeholders and governance boards.
• Public Trust clearance eligibility.
• PMP certification is required.
