Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier firm
• Track record of leading and managing teams
• Strong background in strategic problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Client management experience
• Willingness to travel 50%+ including internationally

Responsibilities

• Own significant workstreams and deliver analyses, insights, and recommendations
• Structure complex problems and test hypotheses with analyses
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients
• Work closely with clients, executives, and engagement teams
• Contribute to project planning, issue resolution, and quality of work
• Coach junior team members and support knowledge development
• Support business development and thought leadership activities
• Help recruit and build the firm’s internal network
