Job summary

mediasense in New York is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex client engagements, driving transformation in media, marketing, and operating models to deliver measurable business value through strategic advisory, project leadership, and trusted client partnership.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, develop actionable recommendations, and mentor team members while supporting growth of client relationships. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong consulting or advisory experience.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Project leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Analytical problem-solving capability.
• Experience delivering projects from inception through reporting.
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of client engagements.
• Leading delivery teams across multiple projects or markets.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Developing strategic insights from data and market analysis.
• Maintaining high-quality client service and delivery standards.
• Managing commercial aspects of engagements.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting capability development.
