Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management consulting experience.
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience.
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous project work experience in a team-based environment.

• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project stream and report to the project manager or senior consultant acting as project manager.
• Supervise and mentor Associate Consultants and Senior Consultants; develop others as part of a small team.
• Gain exposure to senior client executives through meetings and steering committees.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams involved in the project.
• Support recruiting, define ways of working, and contribute thought leadership in building the team
