Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting to lead project streams, shape strategic client solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams in New York and Chicago.

You’ll receive coaching in client management, business consulting, and collaboration, with exposure to senior executives and cross-industry experience across multiple sectors. High collaboration and mobility are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management consulting experience.
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience.
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous project work experience in a team-based environment.
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Goal and solution orientation.
• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally.
• Openness to travel and work on client site to deliver services.

Responsabilités

• Lead streams within project teams and define/plan/implement solutions to improve performance and manage risk.
• Own a project stream and report to the project manager.
• Mentor Associates to develop talent within a small team.
• Engage with senior client executives and participate in meetings/steering committees.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and contribute to team strategy and hiring.
