Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ERP/CRM deployments, strong Dynamics 365 Finance skills, and ability to travel up to 10% as needed. This remote role reports to the Client Care/Applications practice.

- Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP and Banking in Dynamics 365 Finance.

Our Applications practice is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SCMD) to join our Client Care Support team to form part of our Client Support capability. This role is responsible for adhering, leveraging, and maintaining comprehensive methodologies to ensuring to achieve quality results and drive customer satisfaction. The SCMD will build upon our firm's position as a trusted strategic adviser while actively engaging in supporting and evolving our client's D365 solution through support and identification of new improvement opportunities and delivery. The SCMD will ensure quality and customer satisfaction in Forvis Mazars's ongoing support and expertise while providing thought leadership and direction for the candidate's domain expertise.
- Provide structured support to customers, including support ticket monitoring, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases.
- The candidate takes personal ownership in the quality of finished products
- Adopting and adhere to the Forvis Mazars support and implementation methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Participate in the collaboration of the cross functional teams to garner input and domain experience to be incorporated overall solution design.
- Adopt templates, strategy documentation, training materials to support the delivery methodology repository for all content required by the implementation teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Forvis Mazars engagements to ensure adoption of the methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery experience.
- Solution knowledge with historical and current system capabilities, with continuous learning to stay up to date with Microsoft offerings and leverage the software to drive the best overall solutions for the clients
- Work with clients to adopt industry best practices which align with strategic roadmap.
- Participate in strategy and design of new functionality and intellectual property (IP)
- Work with other team members and treat them with courtesy and respect, Worked with Business Functional consultants as well as Technical consultants.
- Natural inter-personal skills that reflect with both internal teams and clients, able to speak with confidence and demonstrates care and integrity
- Delivery professional for 3+ years and has experience in ERP/CRM implementations for small to large enterprise organizations.
- Experienced in at least 1-2 full end-to-end implementation cycle of Dynamics 365.
- Experience in following an enterprise implementation methodologies and collateral for large enterprise organizations
- Solid understanding of the functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance including all aspects of GL, AR, AP and Banking.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must be familiar with the concepts around cloud topologies
- Ability to travel on a limited basis up to 10% depending on need and geography
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, MIS or a Computer related field of study
- Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
