Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and workstreams on transformation programs in CCSB Banking.
• Own day‑to‑day client relationships and deliver workstreams end‑to‑end.
• Mentor junior team members and manage budgets/timelines.
• Collaborate on proposals, go‑to‑market materials, and internal initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to research, analyze, and prototype solutions for clients.
