EY’s FSO Asset & Wealth Management practice seeks a Senior Consultant in New York to help clients align operating models, data, and technology with business strategy. You’ll serve traditional and alternative managers, building expertise across asset classes while developing consulting skills in operations, technology, data, and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or MS is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in asset management, fund administration, or wealth platforms.
• Financial services consulting with exposure to operations or tech transformation.
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementation, or outsourcing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle from product development to reporting.
• Design target operating models to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and governance.
• Participate in technology-enabled transformations and system selections (Aladdin, etc.).
• Work on outsourcing strategy, automation, and digital operating models.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within EY.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver EY solutions.
