Job summary

EY is seeking an Asset Management Senior Manager within the Financial Services Organization (FSO) in New York. You will lead client engagement teams, shape operating infrastructures, and deliver complex solutions across traditional and alternative Asset Management areas.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in professional services or financial services, strong leadership, and deep asset management knowledge. EY offers a prominent hybrid model, extensive development, and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and approximately 7 year of related work experience
• Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or MS preferred
• Minimum of 5 year of experience working at a professional services firm, financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
• Experience working in an asset management firm, private bank, investment area of an insurance company, mutual fund complex, third-party service provider, or as a consultant in one of these companies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all phases of the initiative life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the Asset Management area
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs and a valid driver's license and passport required
