Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager Consultant in Asset & Wealth Management with Private Markets exposure. You'll help clients optimize operating models, data, and technology across front-to-back office functions, including traditional and alternative assets.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client service, and driving scalable, tech-enabled transformation across EY's global network. You'll work in EY's Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team, travel as required, and contribute to a range of engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering; MBA/MS preferred.
• Five to seven years in asset management or financial services consulting with investment operations or technology experience.
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle including product development and fund accounting.
• Design and implement target operating models to improve scalability and governance.
• Lead technology-enabled transformations and system implementations (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Geneva, Investran).
• Collaborate on outsourcing, automation, and digital operating models with clients.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within the EY team.
• Work with cross-service-line colleagues to deliver EY solutions across operations, data, risk, finance, and technology.
