Job summary

AECOM Advisory seeks a Senior Consultant to define, lead and manage multiple workstream tasks for global advisory engagements. You will build cash flow models, conduct market sizing, and perform investment analyses while interviewing C-suite stakeholders and delivering polished decks.

You will contribute to business development, develop frameworks, write technical narratives, and craft client-ready playbooks and dashboards. Hybrid work model in multiple US base locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in management consulting or related fields.
• MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong client-facing and analytical capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream on large engagements.
• Conduct business modelling, market sizing, and investment analyses with cash flow models.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, including C-suite and senior management.
• Create polished executive decks and data-driven insights for client buy-in.
• Supervise and quality-control analytical work by junior team members.
• Support business development through framework development, proposals and pitches.
