Job summary

Virtusa in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its manufacturing-focused practice. The role requires 6–10 years of BA experience in aerospace or manufacturing, and a strong grasp of ERP, MES, and PLM environments.

You will document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, create BRD/FSD, write user stories, and support UAT and regression testing. Familiarity with PLM tools and SQL is a plus as you partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
