Aris Amplify is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver strategic, financial and M&A advisory services to clients in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. You will work with owners and executives, manage engagements, analyze data and develop strategic deliverables.

Key responsibilities include leading client engagements, coordinating multiple workstreams, producing teasers, CIMs and board-ready presentations, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree, MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Seven to 12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, corporate finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis and meeting notes into clear, client-ready materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and client-facing communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and ownership.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and project execution.
  • Lead client engagements and coordinate multiple project workstreams.

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in delivering strategic, financial and M&A advisory services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. This position will work directly with business owners and executives, managing client engagements, analyzing financial and operational data, developing strategic deliverables and supporting business development initiatives.
