Fluor Corporation in Port Arthur, Texas is seeking a Project Technical Services Manager to lead construction technical services for a major capital project, overseeing AWP, workface planning, turnover, and commissioning readiness.

This role requires extensive experience in industrial EPC/EPCM projects, strong leadership, and a proven track record in ensuring safe, efficient project delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction engineering, technical services, or project execution on industrial EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of constructability, planning, turnover, commissioning, and startup processes.
• Proven leadership on major industrial capital projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction technical services across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Develop and implement project-specific construction strategies and readiness plans.
• Manage constructability reviews and input into planning and design.
• Lead implementation of AWP and workface planning to boost productivity and safety.
• Coordinate modularization, prefabrication, and logistics planning.
• Mentor and develop construction engineers and planners.
