The Project Technical Services Manager provides leadership and oversight of Construction Technical Services activities for a major capital project in Port Arthur, Texas. This position is responsible for integrating constructability, construction engineering, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), workface planning, modularization, turnover and completions, commissioning readiness, and execution excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Client teams, the Project Technical Services Manager drives construction readiness, improves execution certainty, mitigates risk, and supports safe, efficient, and predictable project delivery.
This position is based at a major project site in Port Arthur, Texas and requires a strong field presence. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, client representatives, contractors, and construction teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution while advancing Fluor's commitment to execution excellence.
