Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Technical Services Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance, and technical support for major capital projects across Fluor's global business lines. Based in Houston, Texas, this position leads construction technical services activities that support projects from feasibility and front-end planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
The Construction Technical Services Manager serves as a key leader within Construction Operations, ensuring execution excellence through constructability integration, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), construction engineering, system turnover, modularization, construction planning, and technical support services. This role partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Client teams to improve project predictability, reduce execution risk, and deliver safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes.
This position is based in Fluor's Houston, Texas office and supports projects throughout North America and globally. Periodic travel is required to project sites, client locations, and Fluor operating centers to support project execution, organizational development, and technical services initiatives.
