Job summary

Control Point Associates in Warren, NJ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead surveying projects across construction, boundary surveys, and 3D laser scanning.

Bring 8+ years in surveying, 4+ years in construction surveying, strong business development and leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to manage teams, budgets, and client relations while advancing our projects and reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of business development and leadership.
• 8 years of survey experience.
• 4 years of construction surveying experience.
• Experience with vertical construction techniques preferred.
• PLS preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to relate to clients and people at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and listening skills; responsive to client needs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings and documents.
• Proficient with technical software and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of survey documents and plans.
• Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee surveying activities including staff, resources, and client communication.
• Execute quality control reviews and safety procedures.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Monitor project budgets and invoicing; coordinate with accounting.
• Staff development and performance accountability.
• Champion company culture and values.
