Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management in construction, construction support, and field engineering.
• Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure utilization of personnel and compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, safety requirements and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure staffing levels are maintained to enable effective execution of the scope of work.
• Instruct and lead employees; provide direction and evaluation of construction personnel.
• Maintain positive employee relations and oversee group supervision and administration.
• Provide technical and professional construction support addressing unique requirements and problems with significant impact on activities.
