Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Construction Supervisor I/II (3996) in Piketon, OH. Under limited supervision, you will plan and coordinate construction activities, supervise personnel, and provide technical support for environmental restoration projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent and 8 years of related experience.
• Construction Supervisor II requires 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in environmental restoration and hazardous waste handling is preferred.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and direct work to ensure effective employee utilization and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain staffing levels and supervise construction support personnel or engineers.
• Provide leadership, training, and evaluation to construction personnel.
• Interface with senior management, clients, auditors, and design engineers.
• Develop and implement construction plans, QA programs, and safety procedures.
• Deliver presentations to project management and oversee budgetary responsibilities.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and radiological safety requirements met.
