Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Construction Supervisor I/II (3996) in Piketon, OH. Under limited supervision, you will plan and coordinate work, supervise construction personnel, and provide technical support for complex activities in environmental restoration.

The position requires a BA/BS in a related field and 8–10 years of related experience. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with management, clients, and engineers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of related experience for Construction Supervisor I/II.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and direct work to ensure effective employee utilization and compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, safety requirements, and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain staffing levels for the assigned scope and supervise construction support personnel.
• Provide direction, leadership, and training to construction personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Interface with internal and external groups to address requirements and resolve problems affecting construction activities.
